Back for it’s third year, starting on Monday 19th January 2026 we will guide you through a transformative 6-week journey. We’ll share tips, tools, and resources along the way, and at the end of each week we’ll invite you to set a job crafting goal, each with the aim of making work better and making better work.

You’ll also receive our monthly newsletter where we’ll tell you all the exciting things that we’re up to throughout the previous month. You can unsubscribe from all of these at any time.
Week-by-Week Overview:
You can enter the Challenge at any time between the 9th December 2025 and 18th January 2026. This is what you can expect:
Week 1: Wellbeing Crafting (19th January)
Kickstart the challenge by prioritising your wellbeing. Learn personal strategies to help boost physical and mental wellness in ways that work for you.
Week 2: Purpose Crafting (26th January)
In week 2 we explore how your work can bring you a sense of purpose and meaning. Experiment with ways you can infuse meaning into your daily tasks and wider contributions.
Week 3: Skill Crafting (2nd February)
Week 3 focuses on skill development. Identify your skills and strengths, pinpoint areas for growth, and explore opportunities to better utilise your skills in your everyday activities.
Week 4: Relationship Crafting (9th February)
Forge meaningful connections in Week 4. Reflect on your professional relationships, and take steps to strengthen and reframe connections. Build a supportive network within your organisation and beyond.
Week 5: Task Crafting (16th February)
Tailor your tasks to suit your strengths and passions in Week 5. Explore ways to make your daily work more enjoyable and aligned with your skills, passions and strengths so that you’re doing more of what you love.
Week 6: Reflection and Implementation (23rd February)
We finish the challenge by encouraging you to reflect on your journey and identify your next steps for implementing small but impactful changes.
